The website aims to raise awareness and promote SeaCorridor’s initiatives aimed at enhancing the activities of its affiliated companies. SeaCorridor reserves the right to expand the range of content and any services offered through the website by updating it. In this case, these T&Cs will also apply to all subsequent content, services, and updates, as identified from time to time.
Terms of use
This section lists the information necessary to use the site correctly.The website and its contents are offered to users free of charge. Any costs incurred for connecting to the internet in order to use the website and its contents will be governed by the user’s provider and will remain the sole responsibility of the user, with SeaCorridor remaining an external party and unrelated to the relationship between the user and their provider.SeaCorridor may at any time suspend or permanently discontinue the availability and use of the website and its contents by third parties, in whole or in part. Furthermore, it offers no guarantee that the site and its contents correspond to the requirements requested by the user, nor any guarantee regarding the results that are expected, hoped for or obtained through their use.SeaCorridor will act with professional diligence in making the website and its contents available to users and in ensuring a safe experience.SeaCorridor excludes its liability in relation to events that are beyond its control.The website and its contents may not be supported by some browsers and/or operating systems on the market or by some versions thereof, and the user shall be responsible for identifying the correct combination of software and hardware that allows for adequate use and navigation of the website and its contents.
Website access
Here are the steps to follow to correctly access the website:no registration is required to use and browse the website and its contents. Unless otherwise provided for by applicable mandatory legislation, users must be at least sixteen years of age to access the website. Where required by applicable law, the user guarantees that they have, either personally or through the person with decision-making authority, the legal capacity to access and view the website and its contents By using the website or accessing its content, the user declares that they have read and understood the Cookie Policy available on the website and consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in that document. The ‘Contact’ section allows you to send emails to SeaCorridor to request information about SeaCorridor itself, the website and/or the content published therein. SeaCorridor only requires the user to enter their email address; it is at the user’s discretion to provide additional personal data. The processing of such data will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy section. The user accepts and acknowledges that the Contact section of the website allows requests for information to be sent to SeaCorridor, in relation to which SeaCorridor provides no guarantee regarding an actual response or in relation to the timing and content of the same.
Changes to the T&Cs
SeaCorridor reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time by publishing the new version of the applicable T&Cs in the relevant section of the website. In the event of substantial changes, and unless circumstances, the law or administrative measures require otherwise, SeaCorridor will ensure that the new T&Cs come into effect with reasonable notice. In this case, the effective date indicated in the T&Cs themselves shall prevail. It is the user’s responsibility to periodically check for updates to the T&Cs. Even partial use of the website or part thereof by the user shall constitute confirmation of their willingness to adhere to the T&Cs and any subsequent amendments thereto. The user always has the right to withdraw from these T&Cs without penalty by discontinuing use of the website.
Use of the website
The user assumes sole responsibility for all activities related to accessing, browsing and using the website and its contents, and undertakes to indemnify and hold SeaCorridor harmless from any claim or demand relating to or arising from the use or misuse of the website and its contents. Violation of the obligations set forth in these T&Cs may result in the temporary or permanent suspension of the user’s access to the website. Suspended or deleted users are prohibited from accessing the website.
Intellectual and industrial property rights relating to the website and its contents
The user acknowledges that all industrial and intellectual property rights relating to the Website, data and other materials originating from SeaCorridor and/or its predecessors in title are the exclusive property of SeaCorridor and/or their respective owners. These rights include, but are not limited to:
- copyright
- know-how
- source code
- software and hardware
- projects and applications
- patents, trademarks, trade secrets, formulas, algorithms, models, databases, and similar items.
The user has no rights to this content, except for the right to use it exclusively for personal purposes, in accordance with the T&Cs. In particular, the user undertakes not to:
- reproduce, transcribe, represent, perform, disseminate, communicate to the public, distribute, translate, rent, publish, disclose, modify, or create derivative works from the contents of the site
- perform acts of disposal or exploitation, whether free of charge or for a fee, of the multimedia content, software and materials present on the Site, except as provided for in the T&Cs or by mandatory laws
The user undertakes not to perform any acts that are prejudicial to the moral rights of authors or to the economic rights of use of the works. The user acknowledges that they are not authorised to:
- create derivative works from the source code of the website software
- attempt to discover the source code through decompilation or reverse engineering (the process of analysing a website to understand how it works and, potentially, reproduce it)
- develop products or software applications based on or using the software on the website.
Prohibition of resale
The user’s right to access and browse the site is personal and non-transferable. The user may access the site as a natural person for strictly personal use and in any case not for profit, gain or any other economic benefit. The user is prohibited from:
- including any of the content extracted from the use of the site in intellectual works
- it is prohibited to reproduce, publish, distribute, store in databases, translate, adapt, duplicate, copy, sell, frame or deep link, resell or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes or for profit or gain any part of the contents of the Website or any extract from the Databases, as well as the use of or access to the Website and/or its contents.

SeaCorridor may provide links to other websites or other Internet resources. The user acknowledges and agrees that SeaCorridor has no control over the content of such sites and, as a mere third party, has no responsibility for the content and/or material, including advertising, disclosed on such sites or external resources or for the products or services offered therein. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these products or services cannot be considered in any way sponsored, shared or supported by SeaCorridor and therefore the user assumes all responsibility for any purchases made of such products or services, thereby excluding any direct or indirect liability of SeaCorridor in relation to such transactions. Users may be granted the right to share links to content on the website on other social media platforms online. This activity will be carried out by users in compliance with these T&Cs and the conditions applicable to the platforms to which the link refers.
Limitations of responsibility
SeaCorridor declines all responsibility for any claims by the user relating to the inability to use the site for any reason not attributable to SeaCorridor and does not accept responsibility for damages, claims or losses, direct or indirect, arising to the user due to the failure and/or malfunctioning of the user’s own electronic equipment or that of third parties, including Internet Service Providers, telephone and/or telematic connections. SeaCorridor shall not be held liable for breach of its obligations or responsible for damages:
- resulting from the unavailability of the site due to the incorrect or non-functioning of the electronic means of communication for reasons beyond its foreseeable control, including, by way of example, fires, natural disasters, power failure, unavailability of telephone lines or other network service providers, malfunctioning of computers and other electronic devices, even if not an integral part of the Internet, malfunctioning of computer programs installed by the user
- resulting from actions by other users or other persons with access to the Internet.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
The T&Cs are governed by Italian law. Should any of the provisions be deemed invalid, void and/or otherwise unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall nevertheless be deemed fully valid and effective. In the case of users who qualify as consumers under current legislation, for any dispute involving SeaCorridor arising from the use of the website or the violation of these T&Cs, the court of the place of residence or domicile chosen by the user within Italy shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided for by mandatory regulations. In all other cases, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, by accessing the website,the user specifically acknowledges and accepts the following provisions of the T&Cs:
